Sign says notary services. Notary refused to notarize my vehicle sold notice. Believe she didnt like the letterhead. Noted her name and information. Not helpful for vehicle transactions made under Arizona law which require notary services.

I went in to have a title put in my name with the vehicle being already registered, the first woman wouldnt do it. I went out, came back in with a better understanding of what i needed. Told the woman I needed the title in my name NOT registration , she told me okay and made me pay 10 for a REGISTRATION. I went to a different woman and she proceeded to tell me that they could not give me what i needed. A few months prior they did exactly what i needed for a past vehicle, and when i told them this she asked ME how they did it, and that they would need to see the process. She did not look up the process. ALL employees then resumed chatting away. They did not want to do their job. Never returning, i have NEVER had this problem in my past years of using this place.

We went to this location to get a title transfered over to my girlfriend's name. The service was quick and Desiree and Marcos were very friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we had. Desiree even entertained our toddler during our time there. We would definitely come here again.

These folks want to help you, and don't act angry about doing their jobs. They answered all of my questions and got my paperwork to me quickly.
