121 Financial Credit Union in Jacksonville, Florida

Just cant get a response from them anymore. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes with no response. Choose stay in cue and waited an hour with no call back. Cant ever get through to handle concerns. Covid or not, just horrible customer service! Ready to close accounts.

DO NOT EVER finance anything with this credit union!!! I got a car loan under this credit union and have had the worst lending experience ever. First off, they charge fees for everything. Every time you make a payment, they will charge a fee, unless you open a checking account with them. Then, if you ever decide to re-finance under a new lender to avoid all of these fees like I did, good luck getting ahold of them to have the new lender send them the payoff amount. Every time you call you better be prepared to sit on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour, or have them "call you back" days later. Then when they give your new lender an address to send the payoff to, they will claim that they didn''t receive on MULTIPLE check payments that my new lender sent, leading you to pay DOUBLE under the new lender and this place, or else your credit score will get slaughtered.

After being on hold for 45 minutes, a recording said I was in line and it would be 7 minutes. It suggested I enter my phone number and have someone call back. Two hour later ... still no call. When I was holding I was verifying my checking account and kept getting a message I was inactive ... WHILE I WAS WORKING ONLINE. Then i was just cut off and kicked out. FRUSTRATING! The call today was trying to get CORRECT info since last time I called I got WRONG info on the routing number and got my home insurance and car insurance echecks rejected and that caused headaches like crazy! NOT HAPPY WITH 121 AND THE LACK OF CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am on hold again. 3+ hour and NO HELP!

Their alarm goes off randomly all of the time when they're closed and they do nothing about it. Everyone in the apartments next door can hear it all day and night. They are extremely rude neighbors and people like that shouldn't be trusted with your money.

I have a business account and my business brings in quite a bit of change. Understand during this time we cannot go into the branch to use the coin machine. Went to make my coin deposit at 2 different locations they would not accept it. I rolled the coins teller tells me my rolled was broken up. When I received it back it was not broken up she simply did not want to take it. Customer service means you go over and beyond for a client even if it's inconvenient for you. I have counted hundreds of coins for a client of my own just to simply be an assistance. I may need to change institutions because this is becoming very inconvenient

121 is the Best Credit Union ever. All the people there are easy to work with and our go to guy Karl Rogers is Awesome. He is always there when we need him and he makes us feel like we are part of his family. He helped us with a big decision about getting out of debt and he also helped our daughters in getting started with banking accounts and loans for their cars. I recommend 121 Financial Credit Union to everyone.

The worst bank ever. Got a truck financed through them and we've paid over 4000 because they keep saying the insurance I have isn't correct. First they don't accept fleet truck insurance. Then they needed the lien holder correct. This has been going on for months now. We've never had a problem with any other fleet trucks/ banks besides this one. Avoid them at all costs because a lot of the people there are incompetent.

I truly feel they should consider all of the branches having the same hours, I say that because I am a new member of 121 Financial and I recently switched my direct deposit to go into my new account with them, however, as with any company they normally give you a paper check first before they start your direct deposit, since my check did not come until Saturday I had to wait to deposit it, unfortunately, the 121 Financial that is on Hutchison Park which is by my house was not open so therefore I had to deposit it through the atm and now there is a hold on it and I needed my money at that moment due to me having to pay bills, it wasn't until later that I found out that certain ones are open from 9-12. The customer service is great but this is just one situation that was kind of irritating due to the fact that I needed my money at the moment I deposited my check and now I still have to wait.

2020 has been a tuff year for most of us.. I had to collect unemployment and chose to change jobs to get off unemployment and get back to earning income. I have been in the same Industry for 5 years. I have a loan with the bank which I am current. I have direct deposit and also deposit all bonus checks into this one bank account. After all this, it concerns me that the credit union tells me I am not worthy of a small loan that I want to pay back with payroll deduction....At the end of the year and in a time of need your credit union says NO! WOW
