Until they can figure out how to swap their online web payments from merging with another bank West End I will rate them better. They have been merged for a month now and I live too far away for this to be a solution. Hopefully they can improve their online user's abilities with paying in another month. I must also say, that the guy that gave me the loan for my car was very rude, after the fact, over the phone when talking to him about the issues I was having.

The transition had some bumps but the service level and patience of staff with all my questions was still A+ like always. I learned about everything new they can offer. Still the same people working there! Looking forward to my next trip!

Nothing has gone right since this merge with West End. From giving someone NOT authorized on the account a cash withdrawal, to sending that same person checks they should never have gotten, to not being able to access the app or web login, to not being able to activate debit cards... I'm closing both of my accounts. I don't play with my money that I work hard for and my patience has run out.
