Our first mortgage was with 717. It was a flawless transition as well was a second mortgage for some home improvements. Now 17 years later it's time for some retirement updates. Once again it was a easy process to obtain a line of credit. New people, well trained, very informative while answering all my question. Couldn't be more pleased.

Ryan Ellis was exceptionally thorough and patient throughout the process of finalizing my new Home Equity Line of Credit. He was attentive to detail, very personable, easy to reach with questions and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about the process. I have been a member of 717 Credit Union for about 10 years. Re-mortgage for real low rate, and several cars and motorcycles later, I can attest that you will not find better service and low finance rates anywhere else! Their method of operation is very team oriented with the main office, but you can pick the branch that you work with. Everyone is on the same page and I have not ever had a problem. Just bought a new car, and my son a new truck, both within the last two weeks. It's nice that as a customer/shareholder, what they do AND what you do is what keeps everything working smoothly. Not like a "monster mega bank", but powerful enough to serve all of your needs.
