Pat Mac | I had been doing business with this organization for several years. Had a line of credit with them, that was paid regularly. No missed payments. No late payments. Without any notice, they closed the LOC, which is their right...but done without any explanation. Lesson learned. No loyalties. Hope this review can help the next individual from making the mistake of choosing this place to do business with. |
Hailey Veitch | This bank has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I explained my situation to Jeff over the phone and he kept telling me I had to deal with it and he couldn't help me. My account is negative and instead of helping me not make it negative he said it'll only get worse. Now when I requested to cancel my account he told me I had to deposit money in my account to cancel my account. How do you expect me to do that when I'm on a fixed income and I can't get money that you took out to keep it not in the negatives to cancel my account. Never again will I recommend this bank to anyone. |
