Has a realtor, I don't review a title company based on a single closing. I have had great experiences over the years with A&S both at closings and in the sometimes stressful, behind the scenes work that goes into guiding transactions to completion. Most though not all title companies I've worked with have been a pleasure and an asset, but not all of them have consistently and repeatedly set themselves apart by going above and beyond for my clients and others they way the people at Abstract & Title have.
