This store does not even adhere to hours posted on the door. I showed up at 10 minutes until 6 and all interior lights were out and door was locked. Sign on the door said 9a-6p on Saturdays. My card number was stolen, so I needed a new card immediately, but since the employee here decided their personal life was more important than their job, I'm going hungry for the weekend because I can't get access to my money.

I have been a Ace Cash Express and then Ace Flare member for over 13 years. I have had both positive and negative experience's in the past. This particular store has the most amazing lady working. She always greets me with a smile and genuine interest in what I need and also how my day is. Anytime I have had an issue in the past i get the run around. Not this sweet lady she truly listens to you concerns and she always seems to find the perfect solution and then she walks me through every step. This is exactly what is right in this crazy world. If only all customer service representatives were as well trained and well versed in their line of work there would be a lot less economical strain on our country and the world. Thank you for giving me hope
