ACE Cash Express in Portland, Oregon

Sally at ACE Cash Express was INCREDIBLY helpful. My roomate and I both barely adults and figuring this out were trying to cash a check for a week, and Sally was the only person willing to help us. She made so many phone calls she didn't have to, to try and help us out. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE!!!!

Mary and her Morning Manager have Fantastic customer service, Very Friendly Extremely knowledgeable and very kind, My Visit has been one of the best. Great Job Ladies I really appreciate the great work in these times we are having. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Good place to get a short-term loan but difficult terms on how to pay them back cash only at location

Katie and Vanessa are fantastic! There have been some times where I've been unable to pay and they are always so kind and understanding and willing to work with me. I appreciate having them as a lifeline when needed.

Came in 4/17/2020, son needed to cash his check, there was Only one Employee from what I seen and 2 other customers as we just sat on the bench, we heard, welcome in, anyways long story short, we waited about 10 minutes, some customer was taking all day just flapping his mouth, keeping others waiting, I told my son, I'll wait in the car and also call rapid cash, called them and they said come on over, we accept any i.d if face on it and birth certificate, went back in and told my son, we're going to rapid cash, we left and rapid cash had 3 workers at the window, my son was assisted right away and the process was about 8 minutes!! Y'all need to speed up y'all process, make customers step aside for people who just need a quick check cashing, money orders, that direct deposit keeps others waiting!!

I borrowed a small loan from Ace Cash Express a few years ago with no problems. I returned seeking another small loan with no change to my income, employer or banking information and was denied a loan. Had to leave the loan agency, drive to my bank to obtain hard copies of my bank statement even though I was in their system and in good standing with no changes to my financial information or employment information. I was then denied and told to try Rapid Cash. Definitely won't return to Ace Cash Express and wouldn't recommend them to anybody!

The customer service was astounding. I will go to this Ace branch even if it's completely out of my way just because of the spectacular customer service I've received. They are so polite, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Definitely some of the better customer service I've received in my life. Which is weird to say for just cashing a check. But hell it's true.

Received such excellent customer service from Shenita. She had a jam packed store and was working by herself. She took her time and waiting on everyone and had a pleasant attitude the entire time. She answered all my questions and everything was done correctly! I will definitely be coming back to see her she is one of the nicest I have met yet!

I saw the ATM sign in the window. I had just finished my nail appt next door and their card machine went down! I was able to go next door and get great service and cash! Great experience. My first time in a cash store, it was very professional and I can was happy to pay the fee. I work at a credit union and love great customer service.... So I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience.

I recently found myself with checks I needed to get cashed or deposited, but could do neither because I lost my ID and was looking at having to wait more time than I had to access the money. However, Penny at this Ace Cadh Express was extremely helpful in thinking of a solution that worked out great for me. Based off of my experience with her and seeing other customers come in, she has great customer service skills and genuinely wants to help people. 5/5
