Like most people I don't enjoy needing to borrow money, but the ladies at this office made me feel better about it. They made the process easy for me, they talked me through how everything works. I've been back on and off a few times since. I know they're there when hard times hit and I need extra money. It's nice going to a place where you'll be treated nicely, where you'll be remembered.

All the staff were great! My husband and I went in for extra cash for a medical bill and they all went above and beyond. It was really busy that day but they made everyone feel welcome! The manager treats all her employees so great and was so helpful to the newer people. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have never had to utilize loan services in the past but I recently fell on some hard times. I was nervous going in but the staff was so helpful and reassuring. I was never made to feel desperate or needy, which was my main concern. The staff were professional and made the process painless. Special shout out to Mirna for going the extra step to calm my anxieties. Hopefully I won't have to go through this process again but if I do, this location will be my first stop.

The woman that took care of me was very sweet! She answered every question I had and helped me understand what I was needing and looking for. She was very patient.

The staff is SO kind there, & the one woman that basically runs that place is always professional & time worthy with my loans. MUCH better than Gadsden...
