When they had there store on grant rd. In Houston tx. It was very good answered all my questions that I had . Now that they are on Jones rd. The manager there is very rude and thats when the problems started. So now I dealing with the people in Conroe. There's no sassy and rudelyness . Thank God they got a location out there

I went into this location today and I must say from walking into the door the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Mary Gomez helped me. She was down to earth and fun to work with. Even though payday loan companies get a bad rep from many different directions, Advance America is fantastic. The people behind the counter or treat you with respect and dignity and they're always willing to help you out if a situation arises where you need a little extra help. My experience with the employees has been great, very nice people, what I did not appreciate was the fact that I have to pay an extra fee that I was not told about I realized that when I went to make my first payment, 135 dollars a month of extra money??!!
