I had a very proffessional.fast service....informative and pleasant experience. I was very comfortable walking into the Advance America being greeted by Faith. And speaking to the manager Donna. These ladies made my experience so nice and welcoming...I recommend any and everyone who need their services to this location on Ryan Road.

Very friendly, knowledge, clean prompt service

I just left the store near me 13 and Hoover and I was reminded why I prefer to take the drive to 12 and Ryan further from my home for loan services. The loan officers at the 12 and Ryan branch offer much quicker service I was waiting 10 minutes with 4 people ahead at Hoover's branch. I never have to wait long for service at this branch. I also am always able to get through on the telephone if I have a quick question unlike the other stores, and the loan officers and so much nicer. Always smiling, and personable asking how my day was, etc while quickly providing loan service. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a quick friendly loan service through payday advance.. Keep up the Great work Brian Patton and Katrina Jackson who make my mundane banking pleasurable and not so much like work on top of my work day.

The store was spotless when I came in and that was my first impression. The customer service was excellent, extremely personable and very friendly. The transaction itself was quick and simple.
