11 August 2019 - Nick and Jacob were awesome! I was passing through town and found myself in a pickle. They were both top notch and helped get me sorted out. Definitely recommend!

Called them to look for warranty information they answered and put me on hold. I was on hold for five minutes. When they did answer the guy who answered was very rude. We was supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the part we was looking for and he was able to find our number that we use but no parts. I will not be shopping there anymore.

The salesmen we're very much on it. Helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly personable and friendly..... it felt like u walked into your buddy's personal garage talking about parts and solutions. Thanks guys !!!!

Friendly and helpful staff

My family and I were traveling from Wisconsin to N. Carolina. We had car trouble in West Charleston and luckily found this Advanced Auto. They had everything we needed let us borrow some tools and Tyrone came out and helped with so much. Everyone that worked there AND passing customers asked if we needed help. Gotta love the Southern hospitality!! It was the best of a bad situation! Thank you all- but especially Tyrone!!
