Michael Douthat | The Advance on Tanyard Road in Rocky Mount is good but they need to improve their customer service a little. One employee was talking to me about random stuff that came to their mind while I was buying spark plugs. They told me “don't repeat what I'm going to tell you” and began talking bad about a coworker. Sales people will get chummy with customers after they've worked someplace long enough but I don't think that gives them license to talk negatively or gossip with customers about their workplace or other people in it. Tara Meeks | I have went here for years and never had a problem until now. I needed a bulb for my turn signal and the guy helping me type it into the computer but the computer told him the wrong type of bulb. I did not know that until after I had came home. It also charged me twice so I had to go back the following day to return the first set of bulbs, be reimbursed for the second set that I was charged for and pick out the incorrect bulb. They are very understanding and helpful there it was just I guess a system error but still a pain to go through. They also didn't ask for my phone number so I didn't get credit for the purchase in my loyalty account and the shelf price said the item was 5 something but I was charged 7 something. |
