Staff was lovely! Susan and Joanna helped me out a ton! They were patient, professional, and showed such a willingness to help. When I need banking things from now on, I'm coming to this location.

Great staff! Walked me through so much and did side by side comparisons when shopping for my car- I didn't know that I was going to be staying at Lackland so it was an emergency that I get a car ASAP during the summer!

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I've been a mandatory member for 25 years because of a union required vacation fund I started participating in May of 1995. Over the course of 25 years I have financed the boat a couple of cars with them . Recently are union decided to stop making deposits into the bank. At the time I had 3 in my account. I didn't think anything of it and stopped using it. I get a phone call today saying I owe them 43 because apparently there was an annual fee that forced the account into a negative and now they're charging 5 a day because of the negative balance. The only activity on the account is there activity and they're forcing me to pay for it. Air Force Federal credit Union is more like a Wells Fargo with all their fees it's the way they make money is hitting the people with the least amount of money in their account after 25 years of doing business with them.

We've banked with them for many, many years. I have only one complaint. No one answers the phones. I'd still give them a high rating.
