As a 50 year old male and professional musician it would probably be an understatement to say I've been to and worked with a number of pawn shops in cities all over the country. Since my live shows have been put on hiatus for the last year due to Covid-19 I have definitely at times needed some help and quick cash. I can say wholeheartedly that Alpha Pawn is hands down the best pawn shop I have ever dealt with. A great shop with great products but more than that, they are the absolute greatest staff I have ever dealt with! Sean is not only helpful and knowledgeable but is one of the nicest guys and really runs a wonderful place! His crew of J.D. and Den are also great and super nice guys too. I couldn't say enough positive things about this store and staff. When it comes to the pawn game, Alpha pawn is truly the 1 shop in Phoenix and I highly recommend checking them out!

I needed quick cash for the Holidays. Alpha pawn was able to help me fast enough second time I do business with them and every time they greet me as soon as I walk through the door even their dog makes me feel welcomed and I'm able to pawn my items with confidence. Thank you guys!

If I could give Jess stars I would. The Hispanic guy with shaved head was completely rude because I happened to walk in when his girlfriend brought him lunch. Didn't even want to listen to me and then low balled me. And as I had been walking out he said something to the affect of " now...back to my lunch. "
