I have had to call them several times regarding a matter of my account and I'm always told one thing. I then wait for it to happen and it never happens. After 5 calls you would think they would have gotten it right by now. They are the absolute worst! I would not recommend this bank to anyone. First chance I get I plan on refinancing my house so that I can use a better bank. America First Bank is awful! |
