Fast forward almost 18 months I've called 2x and been told both times they can not help. They will not consider a refinance or dropping the rate. Nothing to do with credit just their policy. Basically I've been lied to in order to get me in the door now they are refusing to honor their word. If this was the case I never would have opened an account with this place. Constantly crowded, slow and evidently add lying to the list. Not to mention all of their extra fees. Way too many options out there to deal with this. I would not recommend at all!!! |
