Apple Honda in York, Pennsylvania

My wife and I purchased a used Honda CR-V from Apple Honda on 3/2/21. Our salesperson Kalie helped us locate the perfect car from Apple's network, and arranged to go get it from Hanover to have it available for us to test-drive in York. The sales and financing team were friendly and professional, and did not push us to consider extras that we didn't need. My only complaint is that the actual purchasing process took a long time--we were ready to buy the car at 3 o'clock and we didn't drive off the lot until nearly 7. Other than that, I would say this was one of the better buying experiences I've ever had at a dealership.

This is the second vehicle we bought from Apple Honda, both were pleasant experiences. This time we were 'paired' with Kalie Parks and we loved working with her. She was very patient while I changed my mind on colors and trim packages of the HR-V. She communicated with us almost daily and answered all of our questions. I recently purchased an SUV from Apple. My salesman was J.D. He was extremely diligent with getting back to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy before I left. These days it seems hard to get the customer service we'd all love to have when making large purchases. But, J.D. was sure crush this sterotype. I highly recommend this dealership and J.D. The lot is always clean and they gleam with class.
