Arvest Bank in Springfield, Missouri

I had a appointment today to start a business account with Olivia Mathias. She kept me waiting in an empty parking lot for over an hour waiting on her phone call. She should be removed from her desk job and made to work outside till she understands how to treat people.

Great staff . Most of them call me by my name. An they are very good at what they do.

I have had an account with this branch for almost 2 years. Last week I gave teller 320 is n cash to deposit, she only deposited 280. I didn't look at my receipt because I was in a hurry, my fault. I called the customer service they said they would look into it and call me. They never did call me back. I had to call three other times to find out there was nothing they could do. I lost my trust in this branch and will definitely be moving my accounts. Just so you know I do not write reviews often but I felt others should be warned.

Absolutely worst branch. Avoid at all costs. I spent 10 minutes in the drive through and none of the cars ever moved. I don't know if they only have one teller or if their staff just doesn't care. I finally gave up after 10 minutes and left to drive across town to a branch that actually knows how to help their customers.

Worst drive thru ever. Takes forever low staff or something. This location can do better
