I had the pleasure of doing business with Sherry at the Broad River Road branch. The ladies when you walk in greet you with a smile. I came in and was in a very bad situation . I had a Title Loan with another company. The payment was just to much for me. I came in and Sherry and her team, took over. I give her the information and she worked it out. What got me. She cared about me and what I was dealing with. It's nice to know that people still care. She worked it out for me. I am so thankful. I will forever be so grateful . Thank you and all you did. Everyone here is great and very helpful. They helped me out when I needed a loan to take my ferret to the vet and when I lost my job they did everything they could to help me get back on track paying. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to deal with professionals who will treat you like an actual person instead of an account number.

Bad customer service. They won't give you no where near what you want for your car. They are very cheap and rude. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else for a title loan if you want to barrow enough money to actually do anything with. SMH

This office @ garners ferry is the BEST!!! They are serving up some of the best customer service, EVER!!!! They had food and beverages for us, said it was "customer appreciation day" and that they have them every month. :- Cassie, Neil and the manager Chryss were all hands on and professional. The office is clean and the staff here is so friendly. Don't settle for less, GO SEE THEM TODAY for your title loan, don't mess with the rest!!! Definitely will be recommending them for business!!!
