I would/will NOT recommend this company to anyone. I was signed up by my dealership, under the impression is was Toyota's autopay set-up. I was charged an enrollment fee which I thought was bizarre. I was billed biweekly to "save interest and pay off sooner", but that was quite a lie. When I realized it was a third party, Toyota told me I was saving NOTHING because they received payment once a month, not when I paid. Additionally, Toyota told me they were receiving LESS than I was paying. I was being charged nearly 5 a month to use something I was mislead on. To top it off, when I paid my car off, they continued billing me! Customer service has been a true struggle, if you can get someone on the phone. We'll see how hard it'll be to get a refund.

I had a bit of a hiccup with my mortgage company and getting my payments posted accurately. Angelica at AutoPay did a super job of helping me get it resolved. She was diligent in her follow-up and helped me understand what the issue was and how to get it fixed. I'm very appreciative of her help!
