Helpful staff. They aren't lazy like the others on airport road

I went there and the guy cleaned my battery for free and helped me pick out all the supplies to clean it. Then he tested my battery to see of it was good. His name is Berto and he was very kind and friendly about it. He knows what he is doing too!

Never disappointed when I purchase from this Auto Zone. Staff is very helpful and attentive when they see you looking for items. Berto helped me with finding the right filter and oil for my car based on the mileage. Thank you!

Eric helped me. When I told him I had to jump start my car he offered to check the battery. When it tested poorly he replaced the battery right there within 10 minutes. Made me really happy. I'll skip Pep Boys and go to Auto Zone

Part we were looking for wasn't available at this location. The guy didn't seem to understand what we were asking for initially but later discovered the part was in Allentown. Overall a clean and nice location with disappointing results and experience.

Absolute worst store to deal with... I used to work at this store when it first opened, used to order from them when I ran a business, and it was based off of customer service. A couple of weeks back, I went in for a switch for my truck and the store offered 3 different switches. I asked the associate if I couple walk outside to match the switch up to the pigtail with the employee and was told I had to purchase it firststore policy. THEN I was told to stop harassing the staff by the store manager or I'd have to leave and I was calm the whole time. So I decided to leave bc I don't just purchase parts for fun and on my way out the door I was told by the store manager to “Go F&@ myself!” It was a Saturday night and the store was empty. I guess their sales means more than customer service. I will NEVER deal with Autozone again
