Bank of America Financial Center in Chicago, Illinois

I will be calling Bank of America corporate office. On November 13th at 350pm. A gentleman by the name of Andre & Ms. Brittany Tillman teamed up & saved the day for me. I was having complications with my business debit card and the individual from the business department was gone for the day. I explained to them that I was traveling for business the following morning. What I thought would be a simple thing turned out to be more complicated than expected. However these two individuals worked with me and got it done. They actually worked with me 45 minutes after closing time. While at the bank I witnessed Andre dealing with the customers. Some polite and some not so politeunrealistic. He never wavered. He stayed polite and professional. Brittany the investment banker showed patience that you never see after working a full days work. Thanks guys

Long lines, no tellers. This is consistently the case at this branch. The lines curve throughout the branch. Even then they will still typically have one teller operation even during peak hours. Ive even been here when there is a long line, three tellers but only one of them taking customers while the other two sit at their station doing everything in their power to avoid eye contact. Unreal. This is a busy branch, there are not a lot of BoA branches on the southside. Get more staff!!!
