| Anthony | I bank at all the BOA branches in the Boston area and this branch is hands down the worst. Virtually all the employees are rude and the customer is always their last priority. I came into the branch one day 15 minutes before closing looking to open another account and they refused saying that they had to leave exactly at closing time. It was very important that I opened the account on that day so I had to travel all the way to the Cambridge Galleria branch which was a 45 minute drive. This was just one of many examples. I stopped going there altogether even though it happens to be a convenient location for me. |
