Sara Campbell | My brother recently passed away. He left us a large amount in a trust. They sent us partial so that we'd have it for Christmas. We deposited it in the ATM after the teller told us it was too large to deposit directly. Yes, they refused the deposit. So, we did. She assured us that no money would be held once BofA receives the funds. According to Fidelity Investments and the copies of the cashed checks we brought in, BofA received it 2 days after the deposit. It's now been 7 days, sitting in their pot collecting interest for BofA. We went in and spoke with Dylan Ferguson, the manager. He said he could approve it if he chooses to, but refused because basically he can lol. His response was that our Fidelity checks may be fraudulent and he refused to release the money because we can't be trusted. Yet, we've been with BofA for 24 years and in excellent standing!! Yet....he feels we're fraudulent customers???? Think about that one Bank of America.... FOR CUSTOMERS READING THIS....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BofA!!!! They're CROOKED!! |
