Absolutely horrible service there. I'm a new customer with them. I was confused about a fee they charged me. When I called they told me I should read my disclosure then hung up on me. When I called back and told the next girl that answered she gave some lame excuse about it being after hours. Told her what happened. She told me that if unhappy with them that I should close my account. And what kind of hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5? And closed weekends? When can the 8 to 5 working people go in? On our lunch break? And spend a good portion of our lunch break there?

The Carson City Nevada branch is AWESOME!! The folks there are always friendly and very helpful. I had to give them a shout out today because I had no appointment and the Loan Officer there helped me with a nail biting matter about my truck payment and he provided info that will allow me to sleep BETTER tonight! I praise the staff there for being HUMAN! As we say in the Navy to those who preform a Job Well Done, Bravo Zulu!! or BZ!! Outstanding!! Thank you guys!! :
