Bank of the West in Liberty, Missouri

Ashleigh at Bank for the West is the best! We met with her to discuss moving our business accounts to them. She was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable when explaining their products and everything else we may have missed when setting up our business and in our daily operations. We decided to move forward with them for all of our business banking needs.

The bank is closed with no warning. The company I work for has a business account there, we have no way to pick up several bank bags with our deposit slips in them. We have to make nightly deposits. The closest branch is 22 minutes away. Haven't been able to get all the change we have needed since the so called change shortage started. How can you run a business when all your allowed to get is one roll of each coin?

We've been a bank of the west member for over 13 years. During that time there's been an occasional issue here in there. However, it seems like over the last three or four years the Liberty branch or bank of the west in general has been horrendous. It's one issue after another at all times. And the staff at the Liberty location are not very accommodating. I would not recommend banking with bank of the west.
