Banner Bank in Grants Pass, Oregon

Banner Bank sent my mail to the wrong address. Closed my account without notifying me. And stole my balance. Due to inactivity. When I was told that the amount of money I had in the bank was fine. And that there was no min balance. Thieves. Absolutely disgusting.

All of the people who work here are truly amazing. They are always willing to try and help when there are issues. Even during this crisis they go out of their way to make you feel like you are important to them. When you walk into the bank or pull up to the window they KNOW your name. It is really just an amazing group of people to work with. I would recommend this bank for business and personal use.

I just opened a new account at Banner Bank on Williams Highway in Grants Pass Oregon. I was delighted with the ample parking and no lines to wait once I was inside. Ms Helen Silva assisted me in my transactions. She was very cordial and informative. She was professional, but also made me feel as though I was already a long time member of the Banner Bank group. I would highly recommend banking at this location. Ms Silva is a valuable asset to this organization, and if all the employees are trained as well, Banner Bank has done their homework.
