Very polite and expedient.

There's no one in line except me. The teller is just going about her business as if no ones standing in front of her. I've been here for about 3-4 minutes and yet I still have time to write this review. Thumbs down Dalia

We just moved into the community and stopped by to handle our bank needs at BB&T. Omair at BB&T is phenomenal...his customer service skills are impeccable. His attitude and care is an example of excellent customer service. He exceeded our expectations...really went above and beyond to make this process painless. Thanks for being part of our community and servicing us! So if you have banking needs, go see Omair!

Hollin Hall Branch of BB&T is a great place for Virginians to bank, with helpful, friendly. courteous employees, who truly seek to provide the best possible service, both to established, long-time customers, and to folks who just walk in the door. The branch has been there since BB&T bought the old VA Bank, long ago. And: May this branch long continue to serve our community.

I jist sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins... Approx 10 cars were behind me... As I pull forward the gentleman tells me that they are closed!! No signs!! No explanation or anything!!! Thses are very trying times and BBT are the worse to have to depend upon. I frequent atleast 4 locations and have had to speak to managers... Regional managers.... During this pamdemic please find a financial institution that is there for you because this one isn't it!!!

The manager I believe at this location told me to call him back to help with my problem tried reaching him! Never called me back until I ask one of the teller to let him know to call which she said he would and still didn't get anything from them. Very bad costumer service. Wouldn't recommend this location. Stay away.

They don't know how to do the work I give them my ID and my card and she said ur birthday is different in our System and I have like 17 months with them

The older guy , the service he gives all the time is very poor ,he's not a professional
