BB&T in Fairfax, Virginia

The prior reviews are correct, these guys are not really helpful. Needed to cash a check drawn from their bank and they simply said "no" without giving me any options for getting taken care of. Didn't even offer me the option of opening an account and making a deposit with the check, which would've at least sounded better than just telling me no and given them the chance to convert a customer...... I think she just didn't want to deal with it

This is the best BB&T branch in NoVa. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Honestly the worst level of customer service and communication I have ever witnessed across the board. The people at this bank, and also this branch in particular, are incapable of follow through and communication. i have been a customer with this bank for 13 years and the slightest thing you need or want done will end up being a slow and painful process you will end up regretting altogether. join another bank. trust me. you will be told completely incorrect and conflicting information many times. you will be on hold for 40 minutes every time you call a "customer service" rep, only to learn nothing new and waste more of your time. BB&T is below sub-par, it is a joke to all financial institutions and should be embarrassed at the level of effectiveness they are known for.

They have always been pleasant and helpful when I go in.

Best ever my parents opened a account for me wen i was a toddler and still use it to this day. Always have yummy lollipops to make it even better. Have been going to this bank my entire 21 years of my life
