BB&T in Monroe, Georgia

Very professional and very caring. It's so hard to find a good bank out there, but BB&T is awesome. And can't forget about their 24 hour atm!

Only good thing about this bank is that all but 1 of the employees is nice and helpful. If you don't have 30 minutes to an hour to spare for a simple deposit find another bank. Every single time I go to make a deposit I stand in line for 15 minutes and then end up having to wait another 15 minutes just for the transaction to be completed. And god forbid you go through the drive thru. I just don't get it.

Was a client of BB&T Monroe the past 14 years, just last June 21,2019, around 4 pm went to that bank & withdrawn cash money for vacation trip to the Philippines bad luck happened that day, I transferred 600 to the checking and 1000 cash withdrawals from my personal savings. I know how much I w/ drawn that day so confident enough about my balance, it was 7 days after I found out that it was 1600 cash withdrawn that day plus 600 transferred a total of 22 hundreds. Soon I found out I went & let them know the situation since I know the teller when I first started banking back in 2006. Her name is MARGARET, almost everybody knows her inside. She denied it and stole money face to face. Talk to the manager but they don't do anything. It took 2 months for me to know that theirs no discrepancies on the investigations, simple but I still have accounts in that bank & my husband up to this moment. It's just a sad part on my part that I work hard for it & somebody enjoyed it. Karma will come to you Margaret maybe you enjoyed doing it.
