BB&T in Orlando, Florida

As I'm typing this review I'm currently in line waiting for these cashiers to verify my check is valid, mind you it is stamped by “BB&T” Hahahaha it's a joke I been here waiting for about half an hour now... terrible place of business and I'll add R-u-d-e. Save your time.

I would highly recommend this Bank and Branch. Linda & Aida help me set up my new accounts and went above and beyond to help me answer all questions ! 5

I love BB&T. They have a great banking system and this particular branch has an awesome staff!

The Branch was pretty good. The lobby is pretty empty like others have stated. My issue with BB&T is with their call center customer service agents are a nightmare and incompetent and their balance transfer policies are ridiculous. If I didn't need a 0 interest promo for balance transfers I would have never open a credit card with them. I regret working with them everyday and can't wait to pay it off and cut ties with BB&T or Truist or whatever they are calling themselves these days.

The staff is very friendly however the ATM is closed half of the time. I have had the ATM give the wrong amount and count the the deposit incorrectly. The lobby is always uncomfortably empty and yet it still takes longer to get things done than at other banks... they are nice though, so there is that.

Horrible service. Massive waits for simple banking task.

Come by every week to a great experience with awesome staff every time. Best branch I've had.

Angela is very rude I was considering opening account with this bank but the way she handle me I wouldn't dare have my hard earned money going here I wanted to open a small business account and she made me feel very uncomfortable like I was a criminal. I also need documents Notarized and which she tells me she can't notarized because she didn't understand the paper work which I called my lawyer in had her on the phone to explain it to her and Angela stated she didn't care what my lawyer had to say she still don't understand and walked off which she wasn't trying to understand I didn't think you have to understand my busses to get a paper notarized because I left there in went right to Wells Fargo in they notarized it with out a problem I think she was just been a little nosey worst experience ever.

i have had a terrible experience with Angela for awhile now in I'm so over her nonchalant attitude in she is suppose to be some type of manger. Her customer service is horrible she has a very nasty attitude in because of her I will no longer bank with this bank. They really need to do something with her because clearly she doesn't need to be working with customers at all.

Worst experience every even when ask to speak with a manger she had a I don't care attitude also over talks me when I'm trying to ask her even wakes away from the window saying sorry I can't further help you

I refinanced my company truck here. Elaine Sweeney, is hands down the best in the business. I have since opened a checking and savings account here. Elaine, has always gone above her call of duty to help me whenever I call. I highly recommend this bank for any of your needs.

If i could give them no stars i would. I have been here for OVER an hour waiting to close my account. It is now after 5pm which is the closing time of this location. This is unacceptable! They are saying my signature does not match, whose signature matches after opening an account 8 YEARS ago? I answered ALL of the security questions even recent transactions and calls I've made to customer service. The teller sent me to her manager who asked more and even THE SAME security questions so she could write the answers down. This is unbelievable, why couldnt the teller write the answers down over an hour ago. Their level of customer service is just about non existent and probably have little to no experience which would explain this whole situation.

Location has improved since last review. I only make deposits thru the drive thru for company I work with. This location gets it done pretty quick.

Horrible customer service and horrible predatory behaviour. Ps if you end up with a credit card from this place their first trick is to send your card late . After that you need your car to setup automatically payment and unbelievably it takes them 30 days to set up the payment after your request so basically you will be late on your first payment because they want to collect late fees for their customers. Last but not least you can't make 2 payments on your account because they will decide which one to keep and which one to delete without your knowledge. Fake claims of insufficient funds on payment accounts and finally close your account because they don't care about the customers.

I bank with you for a good 8/9 years and this particular one location sucks. I never had a pleasant experience/service here. Glad is not my main branch. If this location was the only one near me I would close my account

I don't have an account open with BB&T, but they have great rates on car loans. Went to this bank to get all the details and apply, and had a fantastic experience. I was a little nervous to visit this branch due to some reviews, but those are from like 2+ years ago. Whatever rude employees were there before seem to be gone! Really enjoyed the bankers I worked with.
