| john q public | ALWAYS understaffed! in all my accounts I had there I had well over a million dollars of MY money in THEIR bank. the service I got, since i shouldnt use profanity like I would like to do, really was bad. the straw that broke the camels back was an incident with one of the 'account' managers. briefly, I had some questions regarding some of my accounts. In total, over 3 days I called and left 2 voice mail messages and emailed her twice. I got no response. on the fourth day I went to the bank and met with her. when asked why I got no response from her regarding my voice mail messages and emails her response was, and I quote, "I was busy". my response was civil but I let her know I thought that was bs. THAT DAY I began moving ALL of my money out of their bank. I will NEVER use them again of course nor will I EVER give them a good reference. BANK AT BBT AT YOUR OWN RISK! oh, almost forgot, on a personal note, the woman I spoke with regarding all of this bear in mind I had accounts in their bank for almost 10 years so we got to know each other to some extent had told me some where along the line that she was married to a preacher and she was a devout christian. bottom line, her behavior is exhibit 1 for the definition of blasphemy! there is a special place in hell for such people in my humble opinion. |

They always short of help and your money always missing they will close your acct without notice and takes forever to get your money from the account that was close and you take something off your acct. like. Bill. And they still will try to pay it. And then you have to do disputes and takes forever and they will not give the money back. Go to People bank in vidalia they are the best.
