BBVA Bank in Fredericksburg, Texas

It's a bit out of the way and the ATM seems to never work, but the people are very friendly and helpful. John is very good at getting you any help you need. If they'd figure out a few convenient perks like a working ATM I'd give given 5 stars.

Open lobby unlike other branches thru this pandemic

This bank is absolutely terrible. The folks at the branch are not able to do much and will do the absolute minimum to help you with anything that requires effort. I told the branch manager I wanted to be removed from an account and she actually said I would have to die in order to do that. She said sorry that is our policy. Every question I would have would result in them telling me to call some corporate call center that would keep me on hold and cold transfer me. Bank with a local small town bank and you will not spend half a day on the phone to still not get your question answered. I own a local business and I will never ever use this bank as soon as I am able to close my account. The branch manager is rude and not as skilled as an actual banker. If you want to be treated like a cable company customer than use this horrible horrible horrible bank.
