BBVA Bank in Orange, Texas

Simply tried to make a small check deposit and a withdraw at drive through but can't be done even though I sent my card with 90 insurance refund check was told I needed my i.d. to make this deposit? I understand why you need it for a withdraw but a deposit? Told had to come in to make a withdraw I keep a fairly large sum at compass but with lack of atm and poor customer service not sure why I use multiple banks maybe its time to ditch them for credit unions

This bank is such a hassle. Why send me checks if I didn't ask for them. Which lead to someone stealing them out my mailbox and stealing my money. All of this could've been avoided had you ask did I want checks in the first place. It's been a month and I still haven't received my debit card. Any other bank at least give you a debit card right then and there. On top of them being closed on the weekend it's hard to get in touch with customer service. I knew I should've just went back to Wells Fargo

I hate this company with a passion ! Today is the 3rd @ time they took out 2,car payments at a time ! I have no trust in these Thieves reporting them to the BBB as soon as I'm done here . !!
