My husband has been searching for a pick-up truck forever. He finally finds one he likes and texts with a salesperson, named Dalton. My husband was prepared to put a deposit down and was informed that was not necessary. My husband explained to Dalton that we were an hour and half away. He tells my husband he will see us soon. We get to the Ben Davis dealership and the sales manager, Jesse, took a deposit from another person 20 minutes prior to us getting there. Jesse informed us the truck had been sold! It did not matter that he had in text his salesperson conversation with my husband. Jesse's attitude was well I'm sorry and is there anything else we can help you with. My husband said no, I'm done. Jesse walked away saying I'm sorry you feel that way, like oh well no skin off my back! With all this said we bought a transit connect from them in January 2020. We would have been repeat customers. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from any Ben Davis dealership.

I really have nothing to say about Ben Davis Ford. My relationship with the dealer just began in March. They have called me several times to see how everything was going with the new car so I rate that a five out of five. My first oil change was timely with a minimum wait time so I'm rating that a five out of five. So far so good, Ben Davis Ford. By the way, I LOVE my Ford Escape and I am addicted to the heated steering wheel!
