Always a great experience at this branch. TJ was super helpful & knowledgable.

They don't open business checking accounts according to the lady rep that answered phone.

The lady with curly hair was lazy and rude. She walked away when I was still talking. She must not like her job.

I talked with Ryan Smith a branch manager. He is the first positive experience I've had with BMO Harris is 11 years. I appreciate what he went through to help me with getting my mortgage paper work. I will be leaving BMO FOREVER, but I appreciate the work Ryan did.

This Bank is By far one of the worst... inside and Drive up are closed at 4pm most people don't get off work till 5pm. Wow let me just say zero time to get here and get what you need done. They close so quick they don't want to let you get what you need from the Bank. Also nobody works here it's completely empty every time. Worst decision of my life was to bank here. They actually deserve a zero star cause it's that bad I want to

I have loved bmo but recently My online statements have been off I am in the negitive when I thought I had money to spend its very frustrating.. Update I called to resolve the issue and not only did I feel rushed off the phone but was offered no help explanation I wouldn't want rude employees to represent my business

The lady over the phone was not very knowledgeable over the phone. Know your job and the correct answer before giving out information. All three bankers gave three different stories and the one at this location was snobby and rude. Don't recommend them as a bank.

The workers here are so nice. When someone frauded me on my bank account. BMO gave me my money back.

After being victims of check fraud I want to compliment everyone involved for getting our money back in our account and in just a little over 90 days it was replaced I was told that is the norm on check fraud anyway money back in our account again thank you

We have had a long term relationship with BMO at the North Willow Branch in Indianapolis. Their customer service is excellent and they have never failed to help when we needed them. They have also provided us with knowledgeable and sound financial advice.

Nice place and great workers

Although the name on the door has changed over the years, from 1st Indiana Bank to M & I, and finally to BMO Harris, the level of service has never diminished. Been banking at this branch for a long time. The Tellers are always smiling and welcoming. The Bankers are always genuinely eager to help with any issue. What more could you want? Thank you to the entire BMO team!

Great Service

Why can't the branches print a sign, or use post-it notes to stick on the signs on the door and drive-up window, that provide the CORRECT hours banking hours. Yesterday I was running errands and stopped at the bank to pay my mortgage and the sign says close at 5 but clearly you closed before that. It's great that the the "new" hours are posted on the website or in a Google search. However, if a branch is closed due to COVID, or hours reduced a simple window sign would be helpful.

Says it was open until noon on saturday but they are not open

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. The manager Dane Dewitt was rude and unconcerned with the issue I was having. I decided to close my account , at the end of the transaction instead of handing my ID and debt cards back to me he tosses them across the counter. I asked for his managers information and he refused to give me the information. This is not how you do business on any level,very unprofessional!

Every one at this Branch is nice and made me feel like I was family the service was fast.

Everyone is friendly and personable. They call me by name when I come in. They make me feel like family.

This is a very unprofessional bank. I went to talk to someone about updating my account, that person did not try to help me . They just wanted to rush me along. Went today to deposit money in my account via the atm machine and I can't even do that. Once I am done with my checks I will be switching to another bank.

Stephen is awesome! Went above and beyond to link my accounts so I wouldn't have to come in to do transfer. Everyone at this branch always takes great care of me.

Says closed for coming in but drive through is open until 530pm. They all left at 4. This is very annoying for those of us working in healthcare when you skip out on your duties. If we skip out on ours people get hurt or die with this virus going around. Will never come to this location again.
