I've been looking for the right vehicle for my 16yo daughter's first car. I required specific needs for this vehicle that primarily revolved around safety Navigation, AWD, automatic, airbags and settled on a 2016 Honda HR-V. After searching the internet nationally, I found the perfect one in Kentucky at Brothers Auto Sales. I was conversing back and forth with Dale come to find out later, he is the owner of the dealership for about a month. Dale patiently answered every single one of my questions and set me at ease buying a car for the first time on the internet. He cut through the BS and gave me his bottomline price - one we both agreed to. I felt I had to make a Gentleman's Agreement for Dale not to sell the car. Dale told me "in this business, your word is everything, so once a promise is made to purchase, the car is yours". So a deal was solidified over the phone and I flew to Kentucky. I was picked up by an awesome conversationalist and fellow Veteran Ricky. I'm pretty sure Ricky is Dale's bodyguard and right-hand man, hahaha. Once I got in the truck, I felt right at home and we chatted all the way to the dealership. Once I met Dale in person, I immediately knew I chose the right dealership. Dale personally took care of my sale and although we could have completed the paperwork in a matter of minutes Dale is a consummate professional and knows his job, I was out of there in an hour. We were laughing and chatting it up, I almost forgot I had to get on the road back to Colorado. The ultimate test drive took me 1100 miles from Kentucky to Colorado and the HR-V was flawless and got 30 miles/gallon. I will travel this distance again to buy from Dale and Brothers Auto. He says what he means, no hard sells, friendly and professional, and set my mind at ease on this car. I will not forget the great deal I was provided from Dale and the team and I really felt like a good buddy to these great guys. My daughter LOVES the car and named him HaRVey!
