I absolutely love working with Kate M. on loans at this location. She answers my questions, and when necessary gets my requests completely processed so quickly and easily. This last one was done from my initial email to documents signed in less than 24 hours. She's fantastic to work with!!

I've been banking with Capital Credit union for many many years back when it was Pioneer Credit union. I've switched to the Velp location a while back because it's a smaller location and the staff have always been very friendly and outgoing. They always welcome me and my children and a teller will always bring my kids by the suckers to pick out the ones they want while I do my banking. Top notch costumer service.

Ok credit union but not so happy right now and it been bothering me all day. I have 2 loans and I haven't been able to pay on them since October because I unexpectedly ended up being the only income source in my household. Which when I got the loans was certain that our financial situation was under control. Things changed fast this past holiday season and was the worst ever. I spoke with Lisa, one of the loan officers and explained that I was the only income source and that I would catch up as soon as I got tax money. She said they couldn't guarantee that I was going to get a refund so I had to at least show that I was paying. Ok I can understand that and told her that I would ask my dad for some help and she told me to keep in touch with her. So I asked my dad if he could help me out with some to show that I'm paying, which he was able on the larger loan. So come payday today around noon I checked my account and there was a hold of so much money. I called and spoke with Lisa again and it was because of my other loan, which is a smaller loan amount. She asked if I was able to pay anything, I said I guess 200 and she ask me when I'll be able to catch up with the rest I said not till second week of February when I get some financial aid money back, because I'm back in school part-time. She says if you can pay earlier that would be good I said yes I will be catching up with my loans but right now I'm the only income in my household and it's hard. I'm living pay check to pay check. Makes me a little upset because I work so hard to earn my money and it's hard to catch up when you unexpectedly become the only income in the household. So when the bank is holding your money hostage it doesn't make it any better. I asked my dad for help and he did but they still held money on my account until I called. The bank is not paying for the roof over my family's head, my gas to and from work or putting food in my kids mouths. The money I have left over after other bills are electronically taken out is what I have till next payday. The bank shouldn't be able to hold money on my account when they can clearly see on their end that my other loan had some kind of payment and I have called to explain my financial situation. I understand they need their money but it's not like I haven't made the effort. Weirds me out that they are monitoring my account that closely and holding money that's not theirs. Nobody will ever know what's it's like to live pay check to pay check until it has happened to them.

Great customer service. Very helpful when setting up an online account. Appreciate all the work that they do for me.

CristinaC is by far one of the best representative she helped me through all of my troubles helped me get a loan approved and get my account back up and running she followed up with me through the whole process best customer service I've ever received anywhere she definitely deserve a raise or some recognition for her hard work I thank this whole branch for taking care of me I would highly recommend this branch to anyone!

I would NEVER in a million years reccomend doing any sort of business with this branch/company. They've closed accounts without notice, have poor attitudes as to WHY they cannot give acceptable professional service. I'll take my business to associated bank from here on out, or literally ANY other bang/credit union in green bay

Have yet to have any bad experiences. Totally satisfied for the last 10 or so years. I get approved for every loan that I have requested so far and have been lucky to get 4 apr on vehicle loans and I think my motorcycle loan is 2! We've even consolidated some debt here in the past. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else to be honest. I recommend anyone that is still going to a regular non credit union bank to switch over to avoid all those fees I hear about. I'm happy with my ATM reimbursements as well.

The absolute worst to deal with in times of estate account for my father impossible to get anything done with them. Very dysfunctional can't believe they are in the business of handling money

Have to wait for 18 other callers before you get through and they don't offer a call back when your comes up.

Unsure of who I talk to on the phone about an issue with my debit card on my not working at one location. Told me it was not an issue on there end so it is the machines at the place. This has happened several times and there machines were fine, I watched several people use their card before me. Lady then proceeded to hang up on me. Thanks for no help.

Id have given 5 stars but every payday im forced to wait forever and i have 1/2 hr to break at work. i have a lot to do in short amt of time. I understand noon hr is busy....staff accordingly...thanks

Poor customer service and even worse online. I had better experience with Fox Community. Capital Credit showed me their lack of dedication and commitment. I would rather give them zero stars for their zero productivity.

I'm giving a one star because it seems there is no organization in this place, nor is there system to how they get things done. I'm not usually one who will leave a review but I've been going to this location for at least 5 weeks now and not one stop has been quick nor friendly. To give one example I wanted cash pulled out of my saving which for some reason I guess took 15 minutes, which first I thought okay it's busy. They gave me a check and I said that won't work I wanted cash not a check. Then it took them another 10 minutes to get the cash. If you come here, you are not a priority. Just sad.

I can't say I've ever had a positive interaction with any of the tellers there. Definitely prefer the branch off of Huron Road. It's worth the extra drive out there.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The manager Sandy McDonald oi always willing to help.

Online banking is a joke. Down for days and then locked out of my joint account. No help because they can't find record of me on the account. Poorly run operation. If I didn't have a loan with them, I would leave.

I met with Abby Brice last week and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and was super personable. I didn't know people laughed at loan signings! It was my first time taking out a personal loan but it didn't feel like it because she made everything a breeze. Thank you Abby, I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work!
