It looks like they're going for low sress, coffee shop like environment but ot just results in a inappropriate design for a bank. There are no tellers or any clear line or place to wait. Customers were visibly frustruated and confused. There was order in wich people were serviced and some just walked out. The employees were doing tjere best, also visibly frustruated. Just a bad system for aa bank. |
