I purchased a vehicle there approximately 3 months ago I had to put it in the shop under its service contract which then took 3 weeks in the shop. they did not fix everything wrong with it like they were supposed to. So then I had to go corporate and then to the manager Larry Stone just to get them to agree to fix it because Lisa said she would not have them fix it. when I turned it in for them to fix it, I had to have a donut because magically the tire that was on it that was good had a puncture in it. So I then took the tire to be fixed because Lisa the service manager said that they would not fix it if it did not have the proper tire. After taking the tire to be fixed she then demanded that I put the tire on it on her property otherwise it would not be fixed because she was not paying the gentleman to put the tire on it. they would have to take the tire off of it to figure out what's wrong with the vehicle in the first place period And if I was to change the tire on their property, and something happened to me they would be liable for lawsuit I'm not supposed to touch a vehicle like that on their property. When I then called to speak with Larry Stone the manager I was on the phone with stormy who was very rude very disrespectful, arrogant and insulting to say the least. So far it seems like Larry is the only halfway decent person there that cares and doesn't disrespect someone. I would never buy a car from Lisa nor trust her with a service contract she should not be working there. Neither should stormy.
