I bought a car from Carvana to avoid your shady local car dealer, because of previous experiences. Bought the car 2/12/21, by 2/15/21 the car was in the shop needing an engine replacement. Silver Rock the warranty department gave me the worst experience after I've spent 4200 down on my car and had been paying 84 a day for Uber cause my car was in the shop almost 2 weeks. Within in the 3rd I had already paid my first payment as a sign of good faith. Went through so much to get an rental arranged for me. I got my car back 2/27, by 3/2 I'm broken down on the side of the interstate with a possible radiator crack. It's been a total of 6 days I've driven the car because it has been in the shop all the other days. And already an engine replacement issue and radiator. This is unacceptable for Carvana promises, “1 out of 25 cars make it through inspection”. They have not tried to hold themselves accountable as supposedly a reliable company. They have refused to help me from my experiences since I purchased this car. This is legally considered a lemon. I have 5 very young kids and I kept travel them in this car, it has been a travel hazard breakdown on the interstates. I've put less then 400 miles on this car and driven it a total of 6 days. Carvana has to be held accountable for their end of this service.

Love my new accord, and I'm glad their OTD price is 8k less than dealer considered my trade-in Mazda, plus it saves saliva!

Absolutely amazed how simple and transparent the entire transaction was! I was ready for the terms to be changed when I got there to pick up my car, didn't happen! I had a trade in and the entire process took about 30 minutes. The car we bought was in immaculate condition, was clean and sanatized. I will buy every car from them going forward! Absolutely thrilled with this experience!
