I wish I could leave a no star review. I just went in not even a second ago to turn in a camera that was perfectly fine, amazing condition, I had the battery and everything with the camera. And they said they couldn't take it cause it was dead. Pentax cameras work by a battery being charged then put into the camera to then turn in and I tried explaining that to the lady but she was completely rude after I tried to get her to explain to me why they couldn't take it. They took one look at my laptop and said they couldn't take it cause a piece that made it sit up was a little broken. I didn't know they didn't take slightly broken items, my bad! I don't understand why they couldn't explain to me what was wrong with my items that they couldn't take it. I thought this was a pawn shop but I guess I was mistaken. The red head searched up my camera and immediately said we can't take it have a nice day.

Every Cash America branch is whack. They lie to you every chance they can. From hours of operation that are posted online to how long it takes for you to get your stuff back. They are the biggest group of liars and untrustworthy people I've ever met. Their lack of professionalism and care for their customers is Appalling

They sold my boyfriend a watch that's not even worth 100 dollars for over 700 claiming the diamonds in it were real. Don't trust anything they say.

normally they tend to have competitive prices for panning and selling, but i recently went to sell a item I normally pawn, was told ill receive the same amount I normally get but had to come back the next day. when I came back the best they would give me is less then half the promised price and refused to get anyone else to look at it and said it was the reduced price or nothing. so watch out for those employees who only care about screwing you over.

Absolutely the worst pawn shop ever! Immediately felt judged. I explained my dad had a stroke and I have to go home immediately and I brang in quite a bit of items and you could tell she thought I stole these items because of my appearance. I don't think it ever crossed her mind that people like me that live check to check can't buy nice clothes or have money. Let me tell you something, avoid this place if you can help it go somewhere else. The only thing these people are worthless!

Excellent service from a great group of people

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT pawn here. They will only offer a fifth of the value. Meaning if your item is worth 100 they will only offer you 20 for a pawn even with a good credit rating with them. Also don't bother going to another cashamerica location trying to get a better offer. When you turn down the first offer and walk out the door they send out a mass text message between coworkers at all locations with your name, amount offered, and to refer you back to the first location you just left to close the "pending" deal. Bring your business elsewhere. You won't regret it. What really saddens me is they were a great pawnshop 2 years ago. Now that there's new higher ups everything has gone to sht.

One of my Favorite Pawn shops. The employees are very friendly. I only give it 4 stars because they don't have a large inventory of items to buy. The store is pretty small.

Hands down one if not the worst pawn shop ever.
