Very rude service. Refused my tools because my brother's initials had his fiancee's last name Instead of mine on the tools. Even after I showed proof! Unhelpful and when I asked a question they responded with sarcasm. Would never go here again.

Bad customer service, not helpful or friendly.

Horrible management. Once they by your items at incredible low prices, they sell them back for 2 worth. Management lied about being open when they were closed.

I walk out of my car for 2 minutes and I was on my way to shop there but when I came my car was gone. I walk in the shop and they gave me a card for towing company. I will no longer shop with them EVER. No malgasten su dinero con esta gente.

Corporate really needs to look at the manager of this location ....she is practically stealing. I brought in an item she didn't look it up just decided what should would give me because she had a similar item but the item wasn't similar.....Another customer even followed me out to buy the item

This Cash America is much more professional environment than the other store which is closer to my home. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE STORE THATS ACROSS FROM WENDYS AGAIN. Very courteous attitude at this store. Love it!!

Annie the manager is so sweet! They have wonderful deals with exceptional attitudes! They are always happy and have great music! I always want to dance when i go in here. Shannen, shaun, and jessica are fun to do business with! I recommend this pawn shop over all others! The cash america beside wendys is the 1 to go to!

This pawn shop is filled with scam artists went in the other day to sell a barely used 2014 Gibson Les Paul Futura in brilliant red. I am the only person who ever owned it I barely used it, and it was still all original even came with the memory foam padded deluxe gig bag. They literally offered me 200 cash for what even in the barely used condition in they could still get 800-1000 on easily

If I could give them zero stars I would. The women here are rude and make what should be a simple transaction difficult. I pawned my gun and when I tried to get it back they are giving me the run around.

Never did I imagine my interest would include pawn shops. This one is top notch and has nice people. Since the start of the pandemic there has been a shortage of power tools on the market and I've been looking at Ebay, Goodwill, and Pawn shops to get odd tools like sanders and Dremels. They carry an eclectic mix that changes daily. I picked up a Dremel 4000 with a dozen accessories and hard shell case for a small fraction of the price when the shortage has limited the stock available in the USA.

They always give me the best deal they can and work with me on loans and payments. Always a friendly staff. Much better than the guys down the road.

Worst customer service! 0 stars if I could, no one said hello for almost twenty minutes while I stood there. The employees were in the corner talking and playing on their phones, a guy who looked like the manager was just oblivious. I left and to be honest I'd rather throw my stuff in the garbage or give it to Goodwill than let them make money on any of my old items, stay clear of this establishment!

Not a good place, they literally told me lies of why I cant get my property back even though I had the money and paperwork they needed. It was excuse after another excuse. I truly believe they tell you these lies to keep your personal property after the expire date on the pawn ticket and sell it.

Going to pawn shop to raise money is an undesirable experience. But if you find yourself in this situation Cash America at 3311 Gallatin pike is the only place to go. Tonya is a long time manager there and is the person to see. She is kind, she listens and makes the best possible deals. I no longer live on this side of town, but time and again, it proves to be worth the trip.
