This location was across the street from our motel and I decided to stop in on our recent trip to Orlando. The store was busy on a Friday afternoon, but I was greeted by nice folks who seemed to be business minded and ready to make things happen. We found a large selection of items from high end to budget friendly. A good Pawn Shop is a huge asset to its community, and this shop seemed to be doing good things. I had a nice conversation with Armando about the shop and it's business. Seems like a good place to do business if you are in need of a short term loan or looking to find a deal!!

Visited about a half dozen pawn shops today. This one stood out as the most unfriendly. The saleswoman was busy, but seemed perturbed when we asked her to help us when she could. It's the holidays however, so I get it. When we asked, "What if the device is broken when we get home and try it", the saleswoman exclaimed there's no returns. She didn't offer to allownus to test it in-store. I asked her to explain, and she said, You must buy a warranty to return Anything, which is 5 of the total sale... otherwise we don't accept Any returns. That's a very poor policy, I feel. She said it'd been in effect for about two years. I don't recall ever hearing about this socalled no return policy, and I've for sure been to the same several pawn shops in the last two years. Is it just this particular Cash America pawn that does this or all of them? We bought from another Cash America pawn earlier in the day a home tool and they said nothing about a No Return policy. In short, I won't ever shop at this pawn again. Godfather, La Familia and Value pawns, in that order, are all great experiences. All the other pawns greeted us kindly, gave their undivided attention when needed, and were helpful. As far as I know, they have something of a return policy. Something, even 24 hours, is better than none at all.

Sold a broken tv was showed the tv while it was working was not offered extended warranty in case it's messed up and now told I'm stuck with it as is even though it was sold broken for 50 dollars at that. I have a pawn that I will not pick up from this shop and I do not recommend anyone buy from them. Pawn brokers should make sure items are not broken before buying them from customers really sucks for the people you scam into buying it. 0 stars if I could put it.

Check what they compare your product to for pawning. They couldnt figure out the different between gb storage and offered me way lower than its worth. Disgusting store. Dont go. Right next door is la familia.

Wonderful experience here! Sold some jewelry and they gave me an amazing and extremely fair offer. The store is very clean and organized, they have a wide selection of jewelry and the staff were very polite, quick and helpful. Thank you to Frank the assistant manager for all his help and being awesome!

Worst place to go. Had me waiting 30 min. Helped at least 4 customers that came in after me before I was even quoted a price for my fresh out the box product. It's valued at 280 all on Amazon and they only offer 60 bucks like I'm some freaking drug addict. Worst service ever. Not to mention they have loads of old items that's way overpriced but lowballs you on good products you want to bring.

Nice shop but they like to give you the bare minimum on pawns and on a layaway I didnt know I had to pay the entire total before the 3 months is up until that time of the month came around. Bad customer service from the management side of things.

I'm warning you DO NOT SHOP THERE or get any services done. The manager Edwin Cordova didn't provide the services I needed done. Lacks professionalism. Smfh.. again, do not shop at this location.

The 5250 West Colonial Dr. Orlando Fl.32808 store's customer service leave much to be desired especially towards African American women. One of the young ladies if you can call her that behind the counter was very gruff. As she was typing my information in the computer instead of asking me my "place of employment" she screamed at me "do you work" insulting. Then if that wasn't enough she threw my license as well as the money at me after she completed the transaction. She was suppose to get the business from me however, I decided to get them back through documentation. It is recommended that Cash America International teach their workers better customer service skills and manners.

They have gone downhill. I was sold an item that didn't work properly and when I tried to return the item, was informed I declined the "warranty" which was never offered. This store is not worth the time. I will recommend value pawn or any other pawn shop before this one!!!!

Bad customer service. Waited in line while they were taking customers that were behind me in line.

The first time I went in, I was greeted right away and had the most pleasant experience regarding a pawn item I needed cash for. The manager even went up and beyond to help me with some issues with it. Got the cash I was asking for and I will be there soon again for another loan. Thanks Cash America!

You guys lowball for everything I paid 100 for some headphones and you offered me 25 or 20 just all in all a bad experience don't go here if you're trying to look for the most of your money for the stuff that your pawning I'm sure there's another pawnshop out there that will give you close to fair value for the money that you paid for your items this place will not

Don't believe the reviews, it's a trap. This place is awful. Manager don't like that he couldn't tune 1000w speaker so he said they wouldn't take it, but only after I showed him how lovely it sounded when you tune it right. Dude literally said "yeah we gonna pass". Armpit scratching monkeys here, no brains. Not worth the breath.

This is my place to go whenever I need something fast and cheap. Not the only place that I stop in, but definitely I have to stop here because so many good experiences in the past. I highly recommend this pawn shop.

Josh at america pawn was great !

I normally go to godfather ,... but driving by this cash America location today I saw a sign that said 10 loans. I decided to check them out. Glad I did!! They are doing 10 on all jewelry loans for the life of the loan. The other pawnshop was only for 2 weeks!! I will defiantly be going to this Cash America location for all my loans. The employee Jonah was very nice and quick!! Happy Customer :
