Joseph one of the managers at this location is honest, super friendly and very helpful. He provided quick & easy customer service on a busy Saturday afternoon. I'll keep coming back and bringing my business to only this location. Cash America Pawn also has some of the better rates out there in the pawn business, way better than Alamo Pawn & Jewelry for sure. I will also recommend this location to friends & family. I've always had really good experiences here. I'm always immediately greeted the moment I walk in, and instead of other pawn shops that shock you with how little they'll offer you for you merchandise, I'm usually shocked by THIS place with how much MORE they offer versus my expectations. So yes, would definitely recommend.

Place is trash. Spent 60 on video games. They dont even work. Great way to rip people off. Plus no refunds. Dont buy video games from here

This store goes above amd beyond in customer service. Nikki & the gentleman i apologize, forgot his name who helped me today were so sweet and understanding. The other ladies ive spoken to also are so amazing. This store besides the others in town definently get my approval. I will continue to do business here. Customer service is top notch!

Save your money. Was looking around at prices. It looked like every other thing they are selling is not working. It's all garbage. I know it's a pawn shop but at least sell it things that are working.

Good deals and specials

This is cheapest and smallest pawnshop I've been to. Do not expect much for your higher valued items. I suspect it is the area that forces them to employ this business model. You must have a lot of credit to receive the full amount for your pawned items.

By far the best pawnshop in town, it's always so clean the staff is always polite. Got more than I expected on my item & when I couldn't go in on my last day of grace they were so helpful on waiting for me the next day. I recommend this pawn shop to everyone

Inexpensive good tools almost new for cheap prices even ridiculous prices and good layaway plans and payments. Customer service one of the best ever. Love this place

My mom bought a ring from this store making monthly payments. They charged her 350. Today she went to see how much value it had and turned out the ring was fake and wasn't worth anything. When she went back to the store to return the ring, they only gave her 250 back. Not even the full refund!!

Came in Because I needed some extra cash for my unexpected death in the family . I was trying to get as much as possible this guy named Ricardo helped me out he was nice and respectable felt like he understood what his job is for . The other employees just looked at my stuff and said no they had no interest . I'm glad that he help me out alot of the employees including the manager should learn from him and his customer service . Thanks hope more people like him are hired to help the people who are in crisis and really need the help .

Wasn't able to get my stuff out of pawn due to being allergic to hand sanitizer that should be illegal

Thanks to the sweet lady Melissa at the 6522 San Pedro location helped me with some jewelry for my sister and was also helpful with putting an item on layaway for my niece. Totally would go back to her again. Super nice and helpful!!

For a while, when the Pandemic first started, they ran out of a lot of merchandise. They have recovered and are now fully stocked. They staff is friendly. They pickup-ed up the items from my car.

Got the wrong necklace..wanted to exchange it the following day..they wouldn't do it..said they would buy it back for half..this was the NEXT DAY..RUDE. ..LOST A CUSTOMER..

I'm pretty much a regular here I enjoy coming to this particular store all the time because every single time I come, I am greeted with the most excellent customer service... The staff and management is always so helpful and professional. Great service and there's lots of different items to buy. Electronics, guns, jewelry, tools and purses pretty much everything you expect to see in a pawn shop.

Recently came here to buy a charm bracelet and Destiny, their sales assosiate, made the experience the best interaction I've had with any pawn broker. She was very attentive and full of personality when she was helping me out.

Had immediate help from Steffan, very kind and curteous stafg, store was clean and i felt safe with the masks and sanitizer around. I took a moment to think about a bike and Steffan glady gave me space to look it over i finished my transaction with Quentin he was also very kind and helpful. Both gentleman offered to carry the bike to my vehicle. Im very happy with my experience here!

Good prices!

This place would offer you half or more likely a quarter of what you're soul is worth if you were trying to sell it. You're better off making a deal with the devil then pawning anything in this place, and there lack of gun knowledge and such high prices on guns "most of witch you can just go online and find a brand new one for 30 more, if covid 19 were a building it would be this pawn shop and most of there employees.
