| Robert Ash | Always remember you can not access your money. You need to gain special permission from management to access your money. Rents due on Saturday the branch closes at noon. You think wow online banking is great you can just pay that way. Not with Centra. You will be greeted with a management hold with no notice. Bills can't get paid and you are evicted on Monday. Do not bank with Centra unless you have some credit cards that will cover your bills. You were warned. In the banks defence I should have attempted to pay rent before the first. That was irresponsible and wrong of me to wait until the due date.Also, the call center is always closed so do not even bother. |
