We have purchased a vehicle from Champion once before and it was a great experience then and this time was no different. Our salesman Randy did a great job of finding the exact truck that we needed for our business. He also worked to get us the very best deal possible and he was in constant communication with us through the whole process. This was a great experiences buying our very first brand new vehicle. No stars, this company lie and use intimidation and scare tatics to get me as a Black wom on 12/18/2020 after I already gave them 1100 just this July 2020. They even would not give me my paper work because I would not sign a paper for them. They accused me of signing some paper, therefore since I sign a paper they have their arguement. God help. Run to another shop

The service here was AMAZING! They were so cooperative, helpful, and proactive about the work needed to be done for me. Phil, Louis, Dylan, and Alec all make an amazing team and cooperated very well in prioritizing the issue at hand. Definitely recommend getting your services done from them in the Lansing area hands down! Amazing group of guys and very adamant about the work they do ensuring the customer's satisfaction. 100/5 star rating if I could.
