Jason | Bad experience at this branch. Called yesterday to make an appointment to open a small business account. I was specific. They made me an appointment for 2pm today. I drove all the way over and was 15 minutes early. There was no greeter to guide you. Stood in line for 15 minutes before I was told to have a seat in another area. Told them I had an appointment and they told me I didn't. I showed them that I called them yesterday and they couldn't find it. Spoke with another customer there and she told me she had been waiting for 30 mins because they told her they don't do appointments. Apparently they are either unorganized or too busy to do business with us. I went to a competitor where they answered my questions and didn't need an appointment. Bank of America had a greeter to guide me as well. Never going to Chase for anything. |
