Chase Bank in Rockford, Michigan

What a sweet bunch of ladies they have working here. I needed a cashiers check for buying a house, and Dawn waived my fee! It's only 8 but the gesture of kindness means everything. Holly also congratulated me. Very sweet gals here that know what they're doing.

Have been using this bank for the past year. Each time we have been in they have been friendly and helpful, even during some complicated account changes. Most recently they assisted me with notarizing and properly mailing some documents, even though it isn't really in their job description. Much appreciated!

The people that work there are really pushy and would not come to a solution with me. I had all of the proof I needed and wouldn't help me cash a check! They wanted to go out to the atm with me and I respectably declined because I know how to use one cmon its 2020, and they were all just staring at me like I was a criminal. Definitely a lot of complaints about the new staff and small atm drive through
